What do I need to practice BAM?

In order to practice BAM no previous knowledge is required since the movements are very simple, precise and easy to follow. If the session feels a little too hard, you can take a break at any time and continue later, without compromising the results. Sometimes physical and/or emotional demands may be counterproductive.
Movements were designed to respect the anatomical axes and natural form of the body, so there are no risks of getting injured during practice.
